Tekoa Hayes is the CEO/Founder of Rewarding Hands Housing Inc. Rewarding Hands Housing is a non-profit, State of Illinois 501(c)(3) that specializes in housing and services that will reduce recidivism, homelessness, and under-served populations. Tekoa's expertise in the field has enabled her to develop a nuanced and profound understanding of the underlying causes of recidivism, as well as the most effective strategies for reducing reoffending and promoting successful reentry. Tekoa has been instrumental in designing and implementing a range of evidence-based programs and services that's addressing the unique needs of individuals. Tekoa's compassionate approach and extensive knowledge of social services have enabled her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serve, empowering them to achieve greater stability and well-being. Through innovative partnerships with government agencies, community organizations, and private sector partners, she has helped to create a comprehensive support system that offer everything from job training and education to counseling and housing assistance. Tekoa's goal is to help citizens successfully rehabilitate and reintegrate into their communities and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
